Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the MGM Driver Apps (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Megaduta Artha Megah (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Application Objectives

The primary objectives of the Application are to:

  • Provide assignment letters to drivers via the application.
  • Enhance delivery transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drivers to ensure successful and efficient deliveries.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
  • The time spent on the Application
  • The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application collects your device's location. This information is used for the following purposes:

  • Order and Delivery Management: To display the driver's current location on the order page. This is crucial for determining the distance between the driver and the next destination, thereby enhancing delivery transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Service Improvement: Aggregated and anonymized location data may be used to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
  • Third-Party Assistance: Periodically, the Service Provider may transmit anonymized location data to trusted external services. These services assist in enhancing the Application and optimizing service offerings.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Camera Data and Image Uploads for Evidence Submission

Information We Collect via the Camera for Evidence Submission

When you use the camera feature within the Application for evidence submission, the following occurs:

  • Image Capture: The Application will access your device's camera to capture photographs or images as initiated by you.
  • Image Upload: The photographs or images you capture using the Application's camera feature for evidence submission are uploaded to the Service Provider's servers.

How We Use Uploaded Images for Evidence Submission

The images uploaded to our servers for evidence submission are used for the following purposes:

  • To facilitate evidence submission as a core feature of the Application.
  • For storage and retrieval as part of the Application's evidence submission functionality.
  • To analyze and improve the Application's services, which may include using anonymized or aggregated image data related to evidence submissions.

We will not use your uploaded images for purposes other than those stated in this policy without your explicit consent.

Data Security for Uploaded Images

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, including uploaded images used for evidence submission. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain, including these images. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your uploaded images, we cannot guarantee their absolute security.

User Consent for Camera Use and Image Upload

By using the camera feature within the Application for evidence submission, you consent to the capture of images and their upload to our servers as described in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out and Control for Camera Feature

You can choose not to use the camera feature within the Application if you do not wish for your images to be captured and uploaded for evidence submission. If you have previously uploaded images and wish to inquire about their management or deletion, please contact us using the details provided in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at hello@mceasy.co.id and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
